Commercial License Agreement

1. Grant of License
The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital SVG files ("Files") provided by the Licensor. This license allows the Licensee to create and produce an unlimited number of physical products such as wood art, wood signs, home decor, and other similar items using the Files.

2. Permitted Uses
The Licensee may:

  • Create and sell physical products incorporating the Files.
  • Use the Files to produce tangible items for personal or commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions
The Licensee may not:

  • Resell, distribute, or share the digital SVG files or the full-color image included in the Files in any form, whether digital or physical.
  • Use the Files in any way that violates copyright laws or intellectual property rights.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative digital files based on the original Files for resale or distribution.

4. Ownership
The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Files, including all intellectual property rights. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Licensee.
